You may well ask what a link to Help for Heroes is doing on a gardening website, and this is a fair question. Quite simply two of our team are ex-regular soldiers and current members of the Territorial Army who have been on active service in Northern Ireland, the Balkans, Iraq and Afghanistan. As such, we feel very strongly about supporting them and our armed services in whatever way we can. They are doing a job in incredibly difficult circumstances that are often misunderstood and unsupported by the general public. Hence the link.
