Down to Earth was founded in Autumn 2003 by Jamie Forbes as a ‘one man and his spade’ band. The response was so overwhelming that within months his wife, Dorinda, had left her fundraising work to join him, forming the Down to Earth Partnership.
In September 2006 The Down to Earth Partners Ltd (DTEP Ltd) was formed and now provides an advisory service offering access to up to date information and quality resources, in addition to the work that forms the core of our business, namely professional ‘down to earth’ garden services. Our aim is to see DTEP Ltd recognised as a leading company with impeccable professional horticultural, ecological and environmental credentials.
The Board comprises Jamie Forbes MBA - Chief Executive and Dorinda Forbes - Managing Director. They lead a staff team of loyal, keen, hard working members.
From the outset our commitment has been to maintain excellent communication with our clients and through this, combined with the highest standards of professional garden work ensure that our clients' wishes are fulfilled - on time and within budget.
